Please provide the specific name of the product you are requesting as well as your name, complete address, postal/zip code, 
telephone number and other shipping or contact information you may feel is relevant.

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices appearing on our product pages are shown in Canadian dollars.

Once we receive your order information will respond with various ways that we can accept payment.  Upon receipt of your order 
information via e-mail or phone we will calculate the packaging and shipping fees to your location and inform you of the total cost.

Deliveries in Canada: Ontario residents will be charged 8% PST and there is no gst.

Deliveries outside of Canada: Canadian taxes (as above) do not apply and shipments are customs duty free.

Satisfaction: Should loss or damage occur, we will promptly initiate claim procedures with the carrier and/or endeavor to have 
the product(s) replaced and/or repaired. Upon arrival of your package please inspect the package and the contents of the package
and if any noticeable punctures or tears in the packaging or contents are evident ask the delivery person to note the observation
on the Bill of Landing before you sign for the package.
